Using any Smartphone camera the QR code on side of your supported coldroom will allow you to text, call, send images /video to your monitored Whattsapp for Business group – speeding up reporting and response.

This means that no one on site needs any training on how to use an app, or list of contacts to call – simply go into the coldroom group in whattsapp, take a picture and speak/type the problem in, we will take care of the rest based on service level/notification list applicable.
